SOUTHGATE
The office is based in Old Southgate, N14 on the corner of Meadway and The High Street and is only a short walk to both the main shopping area and the local shops and restaurants on 'The Green'.
It is perfectly positioned for the prestigious Meadway Estate, an attractive area boasting many fine, predominantly 1930's built, houses and walking distance from the attractive Michenden Estate. Broadwalk in Winchmore Hill is probably its most famous road. Properties there can fetch in excess of £1m.
The resident partners have worked together there since 1993 and specialise in residential sales with a varied mix of period and modern flats and houses and the rarely available country house.
The office covers the boroughs of Barnet and Enfield taking in the postcodes of N14, N21, Western Enfield, Cockfosters and Oakwood.
The area attracts families looking for good schooling in all age ranges, and can boast a excellent local college and the Middlesex University.
Whilst retaining its quaint village feel it also boasts many trendy shops, themed pubs and restaurants. Central Southgate revolves around the hub of the circus, where the tube station is located, but close by are playing fields, tennis courts and Southgate cricket club, where Middlesex C.C.C. play some of their county fixtures.
Further excellent recreational facilities are available locally with much open parkland (i.e. Trent Park and Grovelands Park). Not only providing easy access to London for the commuter, the area also borders the Hertfordshire countryside which is only a short drive away.

PALMERS GREEN
The office is based in Aldermans Hill, directly opposite the entrance to Broomfield Park, and is only a short walk to Palmers Green British Rail (see below) and the main High Street which boasts a wide range of shops(including Marks and Spencers Food Hall and Morrisons), some trendy fashion shops and a variety of restaurants for all tastes.
The office specialises in residential sales and lettings and as with Southgate, its twin office, deals with modern and period flats and houses. Most of the period stock of property is Edwardian, the Lakes Estate being the most sought-after location with a mix of three and four bedroom houses and converted flats.
The office is only a short distance from the popular Monkfrith and Minchenden Estates.
The office covers N13, which encompasses the Lakes Estate, N11 and surrounding areas.
During the day and at weekends, residents relax in Broomfield Park, which adds numerous sports and leisure facilities to its tranquil lakes.
Transport in the area is excellent. In addition to the trains, there are good bus services, including the night bus which runs from Trafalgar Square, and the service into neighbouring Wood Green and Enfield.
